Danielle Boyle-Ebersole

Danielle Boyle-Ebersole is an Associate Attorney at the Pennsylvania office of Hladik, Onorato & Federman, LLP, specializing in bankruptcy, creditors' rights litigation, and mortgage foreclosure law. Danielle brings 25 years of bankruptcy and default servicing experience to the firm. She has represented lenders and mortgage servicers in Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy matters throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Michigan, and Maryland. Danielle has presented seminars at numerous Bankruptcy CLE conferences throughout Pennsylvania on a variety of bankruptcy issues from the creditor perspective.

Danielle is a member of the Middle District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including all three Federal Bankruptcy Courts in Pennsylvania. Danielle is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Michigan, Western District of Michigan, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.

Danielle graduated magna cum laude, with High Honors in Political Science and a double major in Spanish from Muhlenberg College. She earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law.

In her spare time, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, traveling, and watching ice hockey and Philadelphia sports.
